  1. I keep reading these posts over & over & cant seem to put it together. We are traveling on Harmony next week with a large group and some are going on the early dolphin swim & some are going on the 4x4 tour. We are planning on meeting at a beach when we're all done around noon. I would like a beach with calm water for small children, chair rentals, cocktails, and not too far from the ship since we only have a few hours. Also, does anyone know if the excursions will drop you @ a beach instead of returning you to the ship?

  2. Another vote for St. John. We've always gone to Trunk Bay but I've heard the other beaches are nice too. It'll cost you about $50 pp round trip to get there. Get off the ship early & take a cab to the Red Hook ferry and then a cab to your beach of choice. They have a snack bar and rent snorkeling equipment at Trunk Bay. They town is really cute to walk around and the beach bar is cool. We've done this several times, easy. Ask the cab driver to come back & pick you up. I would suggest the 3:00 ferry to get back to the ship. If you don't feel comfortable doing it on your own I see RCCL has an excursion called St. John on your own. You get to skip the cab to the ferry, but you have time restrictions. Hope this helps! Loved Curaçao too! I purchased 2 lovely tablecloths there and enjoyed having a cold 1 sitting on the water.

  3. we are on Harmony in 2 weeks traveling with a large group. Some of us have excursions booked early in the day and would like to meet up at a beach afterwards. We have several small children with us. Since it will be later we I don't think we could travel to a beach far away. Suggestions? A couple of cocktails, a little swimming, and some off shore snorkeling would be nice.

  4. hi all. Getting ready to sail The Harmony in 2 weeks and my nephew has decided not to go on our family cruise. We have a group of 16 all booked very close together on the 14th deck. My question is my son is only 19 and will be in the room by himself now. I get the feeling it's just a formality, but should I switch my husbands name to my son's cabin now before we leave or is it something we should do when we get there? Thanks for your help. So excited to board The Harmony!

  5. we are taking a cruise on Harmony for my MIL & FIL's 50th anniversary. There will be 17 of us. Would I be able to purchase a package for them and have all of us in the pictures? I would like to make an album for them. Will the photographer take pics of their grandchildren too? Do they need to be in the pic with them? Not sure how they will feel about being in a bunch of pictures. Where besides outside the dining room & boarding do the photographers hang out?
