My daughter is booking a Med cruise for 2020. She is waiting for the first booking date to be released but wants to know if she should pick port or Starboard side for their cabin? Anyone have any suggestions for her?
Thank you for your help.

Great thread Luvcrusn! November 27 will be here before we know it! I love all of the pre planning anticipation and making new friends on the Roll calls. Next would be the excitement of embarkation. It is always so exiting to see the ship sitting at the pier! Next would be the sea days which are my favorites days on a cruise. Heck there is nothing I dislike about cruising!
Cheers,

Following your thread. We are on Reflection Nov 27 - this will be our first Celebrity cruise.
HI Vettegal,
WE are on the November 27 Reflection sailing also. Have you been reading our Roll Call?
Cheers,

Jojo, I think we'll be able to muddle thru Blu and survive!:D;p
Not to worry. And I bet we will love every moment there too! Anytime someone else is doing the cooking is a good meal for me! As I mentioned on our roll call I am a personal chef for two physicians. I do get very tired of selecting a menu and preparing it.
37 days but who's counting!!!!!!!
Cheers,

I can't believe I just wasted 30 minutes reading this entire thread! Here is what I learned.
1. I will never ever order sweet breads!
2. Someone allowed rain to dampen his entire vacation.
3. Don got upset. Never seen this before.
4. Worried now about our AQ sailing aboard Reflection Nov. 27.
Wishing now I never clicked on and read this thread,
Cheers,

Exists a form posted in other threads,
International and domestic offered, Delta is domestic only.
Hours Mia from 11:30 AM to 11:59 PM, FLL 2 PM to 11:59PM
I just talked to Captains Club and they said the cutoff for Ft. Lauderdale flights is any reservation after 11:30 am. Where did you see or read the 2pm time?
Thank you,

We are planning to book an alcove for the week for our upcoming cruise on the reflection. It seems pricing has gone up a bit but now more things are included like champagne or wine, beer, water, etc. I was just on the phone with celebrity and she also said that lunch at the porch was included for two guests. Can anyone confirm Trey received this perk because the website doesn't include that as a perk.
Also have people generally liked having an alcove? We are traveling with our 9 mth old son and we want a home base so we don't have worry about getting a spot on deck everyday.
Thanks!
I love the alcove and think this would be great for your family. Your baby will love crawling on the grass!

You will find around 75 sailors on your November 17th roll call. You should take a look at if you haven't already. We are on the Nov. 27 cruise. So excited!

I spent 7 out of 11 nights in the Summits hospital. We had purchased Celebrity's Cruise Care insurance. We did have to charge the hospital bill to our credit card but were totally reimbursed minus one inhaler within two weeks of getting home. Saddest part was that cruise was the only time the
Upgrade fairy ever picked us! We had a suite with our own butler. That was back when the butlers really spent time with you. Anyway he would bring me my meals and at night wore a tux to do it. The hospital staff was wonderful too.
I will be sailing on the Nov. 27 trip aboard the Reflection. 92 days away but who's counting.

Wishing you two a fabulous cruise. I always enjoy your blogs! We have never sailed together unfortunately. But just a near miss on our next cruise. You will be on the Nov 26 cruise and we sail on the 27th of Nov aboard the Reflection. Anyway thank you for sharing your adventures with all of us.

We select the Classic drink package and the prepaid gratuities and yes they are very real. Hope this helps and you will love the Reflection.

I would be thrilled beyond belief if Celebrity or RCCL sailed from San Diego or Los Angeles again. I can't believe they abandoned us west coasters,

Thank you for your awesome review! Wish you would book the November 27th cruise aboard Reflection so we could meet you! You sound like our kind of people. But we are more your parents ages! We will be in cabin 1543 which had to be close to your cabin last week. 253 days and our next cruise will be here. Do I sound excited?

Thank you Paul! Really enjoyed reading your blog. It makes me even more excited about our next cruise aboard Reflection for the 11 night sailing November 27th. We sailed on her in 2014 and I absolutely love this ship. Truly excited about the new Edge class too. Again thank you for all of your hard work keeping us up to date on your birthday cruise.

Can I ask? Is the ship safer with him? Do you arrive earlier? Later? Is it more smoother? Is the atmosphere better?

Captain Leo is fun, friendly and enjoys talking to passengers. Many Captains are rather elusive and very unfriendly. We were looking forward to sailing with a Captain that was approachable. Sorry if my remarks offended you in anyway sir.

Hi! We have never done late seating but are seriously considering it since I have heard some horror stories about Celebrity Select dining and prefer to eat alone with my husband nightly and have the same wait staff each night. My question is, what time would the show begin for us? Would it be before or after our meal? Thanks for the help!
Shows for late dining are around 7 pm. Not sure of the exact time but they are before dinner.
Cheers,

I was on this cruise as well. Capt Leo is on vacation from February 19. Formal nights were 2nd and the 9th of this 11-night itinerary.
Thank you so much for the answer to my question but geeze what a bummer. I was so looking forward to sailing with him. Hopefully perhaps another time........
Sincerely,
JoAnne

Hoping Captain Leo will be Master of the Ship on the March 4th sailing. Any idea if he still will be on the Equinox when we sail? We have heard so many wonderful things about him on Cruise Critic.
Also which nights are the formal nights? Not sure if you were on the ten or the 11 night cruise. Guess it probably would or could make a difference. Our sailing is the ten night.
Thank you so much for taking the time to answer my questions.
Sincerely,
JoAnne

Hi Library Lady. Just wanted you to know that all of us searching cabin information on the Solstice are extremely grateful for the work you are doing on the spreadsheet. I sure hope that MySticks is okay. I would have loved to hear about her cruise. Again thank you for everything that you are doing and also thank you to My Sticks for everything too.
Cheers,
JoAnne

Gosh, I sure wish and hope he will be on the Solstice for the October 17, 2010 sailing. He sounds awesome and it would be so neat to have him as our Captain too. We will be celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary right along with Celebrity's 20th Anniversary. We spent our honeymoon aboard RCCL's Song of America. I bet there are a few of you out there that sailed her too. My first cruise on RCCL was aboard the Nordic Prince a few years earlier. Anyone remember that ship?
