Can't Take Water & Sodas on RCL?

Checking out the website and it says you cant take on water and sodas. Is this enforced? I always take a few sodas and bottled water for port days with me on my cruises.

 

I am a 1st time RCL cruiser and don't want to get embarrased and have it confiscated.

 

Also does RCL have fridges in the cabin like NCL? We are sailing Moanrch if this makes a difference.
