YOWzers Posted October 30, 2017 #1 Share Posted October 30, 2017 Hi there, We will be in Puerto Limon on Christmas Eve with parents and toddler in tow with Holland America. We have never been to Costa Rica so wanted to do something that will let us see the natural beauty of the country but still keep in mind a two-year old's short attention span. A lot of the excursions offered by HAL are adventure-oriented and we wouldn't be able to do them but there were two that I was thinking could be appropriate (maybe)? There is a jungle pontoon boat Tortugeuro canal tour as well as the Monster Bus rainforest expedition. Has anyone ever done these that can let me know if they would be well-suited for a toddler? Also open to other ideas of private tours that might be of interest to us. Thanks in advance!
Vacation Nut Posted November 15, 2017 #2 Share Posted November 15, 2017 I think I read that children have to be 8 years old for the Monster Truck Expedition.
