Harbor lights taxi fare

Anyone been to Harbor lights recently that can tell me how much the taxi fare is. Will there be taxis available when we leave? I have read alot of posts about this beach and it seems to be the right one. We are in our 70s and looking to relax for a couple of hours on a nice, not too noisy beach. What does it cost for a lounge chair and umbrella? Is there an admission charge? Are you required to buy food at the restaurant?

If memory serves me right, the taxi was $10 or less. They give you wristbands if you get chairs and umbrella and that was $20 I believe in 2012. The taxi was actually $4 per person and I gave the driver a $10 bill.

Spoke to them today, its $15.00 for 2 chairs and an umbrella...
