Downtown Cozumel must see

This will be our 6th time to Coz and not doing a beach day for first time. We are going to cab downtown for lunch at Casa Denis and coffee at Coz coffee. Any must see/do things I can add. Is there a chocolate store or bakery nearby? Thanks for any info!
