Locations were excellent although the disembarking and embarking resulted in long queues which proved very tedious given the hot climate.

The cabin steward was excellent and kept the cabin very clean.

For the number of people on board, the theatre was inadequate with poor facilities.

Contrary to what was confirmed by MSC before our cruise, the dining option was to be flexible but we found this not to be the case and we had fixed times for dining at dinner. However, for some unexplained reason, the food was generally tasteless and the presentation left much to be desired. Iceberg lettuce was the only salad leaf to be seen on the whole cruise. Menus extremely bland. The waiters were all professional dealing with numerous complaints.

The cruise definitely had amazing highlights but the big downside was the illness (chest virus and severe coughing) which affected the majority of the people on board. Has anyone had a diagnosis that they want to share on this forum? Many people told us, when they started to come back into circulation, that they had never felt so ill before.
