Will be sailing to Mermansk, Archangel, and Solovetsky Islands. Doing excursions at each port. Anyone know how high prices are for snacks, crafts, and what is expected for tips? I have heard that US $ are appreciated for the tips. Should I get rubles or not? Thanks.
