In fact, i just got done. Ran my 5 miles on the treadmill. Always do it in the morning, but had to run my MIL to the dr. at 7:30AM.
For me, it's harder to get motivated in the afternoon. I can't imagine having to exercise at night. I like getting it done, and then the day is mine. Am starting to pack. Leave on Satuday, cruise on Sunday. Am getting way too excited!
