NCL flyer about Havana

received a snail mail flyer today featuring Havana. Absolutely no mention of the new rulings from Nov 7. I'm still wondering if I could tour:confused: with Blexie, haven't committed to the cruise yet.

At this point, it seems that we can. Blexie's company is not under the Cuban government's ownership - but rules and regulations could change at any time, sadly. Had such a great tour with his assistant, Roly in November. I'm booked for April 30 on the Sky and hoping we can do it again.
