Food (especially speciality restaurants) on Freedom

Recommended Posts

We are sailing on Freedom of the Seas in less than a month, and I'm trying to get my last bits of planning done. I have a few questions for those of you who have recently sailed on Freedom.

1. I have read that the Windjammer is extremely packed on sea days. Are there other times to avoid it? How would you say the quality of food is there?

2. What days are breakfast and lunch served in the Main Dining Room?

3. What did you think of the quality of the Main Dining Room?

4. I have one night booked at Giovanni's table. If you have eaten there, what is the one thing I should make sure I get?

5. I would love to go to Chef's Table but my husband would literally eat nothing there. How awkward for it be for a single cruiser to eat there? Is the Chef's Table on Freedom worth the cost?

6. We ate at Chops on Empress last year and I wasn't really impressed. How is Chops on Freedom?

I know that's a lot of questions -- I appreciate your patience reading them and any answers you can give me.
