Car Rental at Port and Overnight Parking Aruba

We have an overnight stop in Aruba next month and would like to line up a car rental ahead of time at the port. We have read lots of negative reviews on Aruba car rentals and was hoping someone has a recommendation. Also, do you think it is safe to park a rental car overnight at the port and if so where would we park? Thanks!

Royal will pick you up and return you to cruise dock. Used before with good service.
