Serenity inside showers and dressing room on Carnival Vista?

I have never been on a Carnival cruise yet, but will early next year. I was wondering if the Serenity area had dressing rooms with showers and restrooms? I saw an outdoor shower in the Serenity pictures, but was wondering about indoor private ones.

in my experience on carnival with serenity areas, folks arrive wearing their swimwear and go back to their rooms to change, using the outdoor shower just to rinse off if needed.
