Moomba and Bugaloe?? Help Please

Will be in Aruba next week. I have been researching but I am getting more confused...

Trying to decide between these two places.

They are both on the beach...right? Can I get a lounge chair at either?

Are these two near each other and so I could walk and go to both?

Trying to find a place to hang out at the beach and then hang out at the bar after beach time for happy hour and sunset.

Do either have a place I can freshen up, so I don't have to go back to the ship?

Is there one you recommend over the other.

Moomba's has a bar/restaurant, beach lounge chairs and bathrooms. Bugaloe's pier bar is a short walk down the beach, but I do not believe they have beach chairs.

Have shorts or a cover up when taking a cab back to the ship. Most cabbies will not let you in their cab since they feel your bathing suit is wet. You can get a cab at the Holiday Inn or Surf Club which is probably quicker than having the bar call for one since the taxis sit outside those properties.
