Small boat cruise in Alaska

Recommended Posts

My wife and I are scheduled for what I call a small boat cruise in July with All Aboard Yacht Charters. They have an 87 foot boat(yacht) built for William Morris Agency of southern California in 1931. The cruise leaves from and returns to Juneau and is for 7 nights. The primary purpose is wildlife viewing up close and enjoying the scenery such as calving glaciers and waterfalls. We will anchor each night and can go ashore to do some exploring, or we can fish for salmon and halibut. We will go to a bear viewing site at Pack Creek. It sounds really good.

Does anyone have any experience with this particular adventure to help give us a better idea of what to expect? Would you like to hear how it went when we get back?
