Mobile AL hotel

To whoever asked about hotels for Mobile, AL,

I read your last post, but it didn't sink in until last night. I can't find your post so I am making a new one. The Holiday Inn Express I referred to is on Church Street. It is fairly near the dock, but you probably wouldn't want to walk with luggage. It is the one that told me that you would have to park in a city parking garage while on your cruise. The city garage is $5/night. The Holiday Inn Express that you booked is probably about 20 - 30 minutes away from the dock depending on traffic. There are quite a few hotels in this area and all have parking lots that are big enough to let some cars park while on a cruise. This area has the major shopping area and lots of restaurants. But you will have to pay a taxi to get to the dock. Taxi would be around $15.
