Buy Cruises

Booked a cruise to Bermuda with Buy Cruises. When I booked asked the agent if she would monitor the price for changes. She assured me she did. I called several months later since I had not heard anything from her.When I inquired about the price, she said I don;t watch the price you'll have to contact customer service and transferred me before I could say another word. Couldn't get through to anyone there. Am used to Kim for my princess cruises and am sorry I used them. Anyone else have this experience with them?

I used them a few years ago 3 times when they were a smaller shop and JD and Todd would answer most calls.

Now that they've gotten bigger their service has gone down hill big time. I don't waste my time even checking prices there any more.

I was much more knowledgeable than the people that answered their phones about cruising.

They told me when I called to check their website for prices because that is what it is and there is no dealing with them any more.
