Nice to Rome in October

Checking to see if anyone else on the October 7th trip will be going on to Rome after the cruise. We're planning to stay in Rome from 10/15 to 10/18 and would like to try to arrange transportation with another couple. Also any suggestions on hotels in Rome would be welcomed. We'll also be in Nice the day before so any recommendations for Nice would be great. Counting down the days.....

Why don't you change it to the Oct 15 and 22 and well share transportation with you. :D

Sailing Oct 22nd from Nice and plan to arrive one day in advance. Looking for a reasonable priced clean hotel.

I tried to do a search on the boards for Nice hotels but nothing came up. I probably did the search wrong...there must be some hotel suggestions on these boards.
