Door decorations for Med Cruise

I have noticed a lot of threads about door decorations for Carribbean cruises, but have not seen if the Med cruises do the same. Does anyone know? I am going on Costa Magica in late March for a Med cruise and I don't want to look like an idiot if I do one! :D
