Q: Fitness room on Diamond Princess

Can someone, who's been recently on the Diamond Princess, give me a brief run down on what to expect? What I'd like to know is:

Approximately how many treadmills are there and age/condition of the machines, facing forward or off to the side?

Any free weight machines or are they all cable loaded ones?

Any rowing machines?

Is there a warm up area?
