San Juan dockside tours?

We will be sailing the Serenade of the Seas in January and will not fly out until 4:45 PM in the afternoon. RCCL preflight tours are only for those flying out after 5:30 PM. We are not interested in spending 6 or 7 hours with our luggage at the airport and would like to book a short tour for four with an airport drop off. Any ideas?
