Casino on the Windsurf

Four of us looking for a cruise in January.

Three want to try Windsurf but our fourth member wants a casino.

Any info regarding the Windsurf casino would be most welcome .. eg. size, number and type of tables and slots etc.

The stats I saw somewhere recently said the capacity of the Windsurf Casino is 43 people. That should be big enough, I hope <g>.

When last on the Windstar I don't remember seeing any one in the one-table casino area

I would say that your stats are correct. The casino is relatively small and there is usually little 'action'. As I recall, there are some slot machines, black jack tables and maybe roulette. It may crank up at later at night. I was never awake long enough to see. Not much help Im afraid.

My hubbie was also worried about the casino, but from the photos it looks fine! We'll be on Windsurf Jan. 20th! Our first on this line and very excited! We're hoping there will people in our age group..I'm late 30's and he just turned 40. I'm a little worried about motion..the big ships don't bother me..does anyone know if there is a noticeable difference in sea motion? Thanks!!

You would need a group of 12 or 14 or more to get any kind of group savings.

That would be a logisitical nightmare

On the Windsong I don't remember any significant motion but we had good weather all that week. Like any sail boat the sails are a stabilzing influence so there is less movement than on a similar displacement sail-less vessel.
