cruise critic page

i hope someone can help..last year i found an thread on door signs, i think it was here that i found the cruise critic like letter head page. i printed several and glued them to our door signs, they looked great in the blue color..does anyone know where i saw this? cant find it anywhere and its time to make new signs!! i believe i put our cruise sail date and carnival on it too...thanks..cruisegal.

do you use these signs on any cruise or just the cruise critic cruises? It sounds like a fun idea. thanks
