shore excursions from Oceania Asia cruise

We will be in Incheon(Seoul)Mar 27th 8am - 6pm;Hiroshima Apri 1st 9am - 7pm; Kobe -Kyoto, Nara, Osaka April 2nd-April 3rd 5pm; Naha(Okinawa) April 5th 9am - 6pm (March 2010 early April 2010) traveling on Oceania Nautica cruise. We want to take shore excursions. Has anyone hired English speaking guides with van transportation for any of these ports? Any suggestions as to what to see & how to do it? We can do walking tours if anyone has done that. HELP!
