Carnival Sensation - reliability of arrival schedules at the port

Recommended Posts

We are cruising on the Carnival Sensation from 7-11 Feb. It is scheduled to arrive at Freeport and Nassau the next two days at 9 AM and 7 AM, respectively. How reliable are these schedules? Is it usually on time?

Also, how long should we budget for getting off the ship at these ports? How long before the ship departs should we plan to return?

Usually the ships are pretty consistant about their arrival times. If you are docking, usually you can be off the ship within 15 minutes of the scheduled docking times.

If you are docked, you are required to be back on the ship 30 minutes prior to sailaway. If tendered, 45 minutes.
