Mr. Santos and Island tour?

Are there water trampolines and toys at Mr. Santos? Does anybody know the cost? Also, we were wondering what it would cost for a van to take us there for an hour or so for the kids and then on a tour to the backside of the island. Do the vans usually have working seatbelts for the kids?
