Where do we ask taxi to drop us off for beach?

Where do we ask taxi to drop us off for Seven mile beach? We'd like somewhere with bathrooms and hopefully a bar:rolleyes: Would like to be able to snorkel right off of the beach with DD who has never been. I remember snorkeling off the beach following a 'pipe' underwater from what someone said was the governors house out to some great fish infested coral reef area many many years ago. Thanks!
