RCI home luggage pick up service in the UK

:confused: Just a quick question to ask if anyone out there has used the home luggage pick up service as supported by RCI that was introduced last September? I first saw it in the Crown and Anchor magazine in 2010. It has also been mentioned on the internet when I googled for it.

 

Checked on the RCI web site and cannot find any reference to the service. I rang RCI and was given a contact phone number. I asked if there had been any feedback from anyone using this sevice but at the time they had no feedback.

 

Can anyone enlighten me please?
