Solo excursion in Cozumel

My stepmom is not going on the snorkeling/deep sea fishing with us but I want to get her set-up with an excursion that she can do that would be good for her. An suggestions. She is 70 and nothing wild. We will be on Liberty of the Seas.

She might enjoy the cooking class at Playa Mia. Or maybe a shopping excursion with lunch?

She could also book a spa day on the boat, they give discounts while in port. She could get off for a few hours, walk around and then head back early to the spa...

 

If she wants to see the fish, maybe the submarine thing?
