On board gift services including pre-paid gratuities, Have just spoken to Princess in Southampton. None of these services are available unless you book thro a US travel agent. UK T/As and direct with UK Princess don´´t count!!!

Thanks to the help from other UK CCs have managed to buy extra On Board Credit today without any problem. The chap in Southampton said i can use it for anything except in the casino. The only thing is you buy credit in dollars and Princess convert it to pounds themselves, they don´t let the credit card company do it, but today the rate was more or less the same. The credits come under the heading of Special Services

You can also pre-buy casino credits. I generally purchase a mixture of both OBC and casino credits but always check the Princess £/$ exchange rate first. We have had some really good deals but also some times when I have not bothered as the rate was not so good
