Anyone ever use Grand Cayman Excursions?

Wondering how reputable they were and how the tour was.

YES I HAVE!!! and it was the first and last time ill ever use them!

 

It was 3 years ago on my first cruise to cayman. I was jerked all over the place, the tour guild didnt show up on time so i called the excursion company and they were not even on the island! i later found out they are just brokers and have no real shop or anything, they just take money online then call the tour company... but anyways, after a bunch of running around and waiting for over 2 hours for them to get it all straightened out we decided to get a refund and go it on our own.

getting a refund was even worse !! I ended up having to call my bank and had them get the money back for me. it was a nightmare!

 

however,since then my wife and i found discount excursions. now we only use them, they have a web site i'm pretty sure its discount excursions.com. if not you can google them. I have spoke on them before on here and on trip advisor. they are the best!!! they are located in the cruise port so you dont have to worry about a thing, they always make my family feel like we are a part of there family. the second best part is they dont even ask for money up front!!! So just in case your ship skips Cayman you dont have to fret over a refund or anything!! you just make the reservation and your done. I always deal with shayma, and she is awesome! im telling you as an avid cruiser you will rave about these guys after you get done... hands down the only excursion company to deal with in cayman.
