When to change tips os S&S?

By saying you would rather not tip at all, that absolutely makes you sound cheap. You have probably never worked in a service type job. I myself have worked in various service jobs from valet, server, beach rentals, cabana boy....Most people do not realize how hard these people work and what little money they make. Pretty much any server makes less than minimum wage and depends on customers tips to make their pay. Its people like you that remove the auto tips and say you will tip accordingly in cash but dont tip these people appropriately. I feel on a cruise, the $11 or so a day is a great deal. And, if needed, tip a little extra to those that go above and beyond. If you break it down think about the percentage you would tip for a breakfast meal, lunch, dinner, and then some drinks.
