HA Champagne Sail and Snorkel to St Johns

If you have taken this excursion thru Holland America I hope you can answer a few questions...

 

Does the cat leave from Red Hook?

 

Is it tied up to a dock or pier?

 

Did you have to "step" onto the boat OR was there a little gangway?

 

What was the seating like in the pit?

 

We are wondering if we can take our 83 yr old mother on this excursion? She will not snorkel or swim but just sit on the boat. I just want to make sure she will be able to get onto the cat. with little problem.
