Private island tour

I am taking several family members (6 people total) including my Mom next month. and although she does Ok getting around she is in her 80's and tires easily.

Would love to take her on an island tour, stopping at fish fry for lunch.

 

Any recomendations would be appreciated. ( I know I can grab a cab right as we exit the tourist building) but would prefer to have things set up in advance.
