Advocare Diet...

We are not scheduled to cruise until November 2013 so I am starting this early. After our last cruise I weighed 258. I am already down 10 pounds and have a goal to get down between 200 and 185. I am using Advocare 24 day challenge, not consuming any alcohol, eating any suger or any fried foods, drinking a gallon of water each day, and a healthy dose of weight lifting and cardio. Hopefully when I get back on board I will be back to my pre-marriage/kids/college shape. I wanted to do this before the last cruise but now I am serious about it.
