Noel Tours

We booked Noel Tours and like a lot of people are having trouble contacting him. The deposit was made and he said he would get back to us with meeting place and time, yet we have heard nothing. We will on the NCL Epic Jan 11 departure. I was wondering if anyone has used Noel recently and where and when did you meet him. thanks

He finally answered me, i decided to cancel my tour with him. I hope i get my deposit back.
