We'll be in San Juan on the Silhouette on 2/18 and are looking at this tour through the ship. Has anyone done this tour? If so, what do you think. We tried to go through Island Marketing, but it was booked. Feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.

Most of Old San Juan you can see without taking a tour at all. There is a free trolley that goes to the forts etc. The forts are US National monuments so you Senior Citizen pass is good at them. If you are over 62 and don't have a Senior Pass you can purchase one there. It is good for lifetime and only costs $10 and is good four up to 4 people.

Also there are several independent tour vans at the pier that can give a tour at considerable savings over the ship.
