On this cruise when do you change from Eastern to Atlantic Standard time and then when do you change back? Will springing forward one hour to daylight savings time make any difference (does the Caribbean observe D.S.T.?

Barney, with the time change on 3/9. The Caribbean islands will be on the same time as EST.....Today they are 1 hour ahead but that changes on 3/9.....4 days and counting for us!!

I always got confused with the sailing time changes, and eventually ignored them, unless I went on shore obviously. ;)
