:confused:Can you avoid formalwear on a ten day cruise? My husband is handicapped.. I wish RCCL would join Oceania and other premium lines and not insist on this . Any thoughts??

Honestly they don't insist because the evenings attire is in their own words is just a suggestion. At the risk of being brought up on charges by the fashion police I am going to confess on my last two cruises on the Vision (end of April, beginning of May) we did not take any formal attire. I wore nice pants with long sleeve shirt and DW wore slacks and nice top. The world will probably end as we know it, but as long as you are not dressed to distraction you will not be turned away from the MDR on Royal.
