Wine price list for Equinox?

Hi Cruisers! I am trying to figure out if a wine package is worth it or not. I have two questions that will help me decide........

 

1.Does anyone know the current prices for wine by the bottle?

2.How much do the 2014 "wine and dine packages" cost?

Wine on Ship and good deals do not go together on a cruise:D

The Black Opal Shiraz my wife drinks, $12 a bottle or $6.63 if you buy a case. It is $38 on ship, if they have it in stock. Her Peter Lehmenn, $13 a glass, or $60 a bottle less the discount, yada, yada, yada.

 

By the glass with the Premium package was the best cost effective move for us last yr. We hyave upgraded for our next sailing too.
