Hi, boys, missing your cruise by about a week, I guess. We're also doing the Black Sea on the Quest boarding on 9/1.

 

This is our first time on Azamara. I see you've sailed with them before. How are they for gay cruisers? Do they do LGBT meet ups? What have you planned for your ports? We've been to Istanbul before--looking forward to going back. Just plan to do the ports on our own except for the ship's tour to Bucharest. Waiting to see if the ships offer something to the monastery in Trabzon, so far nothing, need to do some more research on that.

Hi guys. Sorry we will be missing eachother. They did have meet ups but only 3 guys came. We did find the guests were fantastic. Met some wonderful people who, I, still see.

The crew could never do enough for you. As for ports, friends are going so I think we are playing it by ear. I will start planning things now. I'm excited about Georgia, Romania and Bulgaria. New places for me. Yea.

I have a friend who just booked your cruise. I'll mention you to her.

Have fun and I'll try to post things from the ship.

Thanks for the info. We're looking forward to it. All new places for us as well, except for Istanbul, which was on the go-back list. Wonder if they'll change the itinerary again. Seems to be getting uglier by the day over in that neighborhood.

I am keeping an eye on this. It could be changed at any minute. As long as we get to Georgia, Bulgaria and Romania, I DON'T CARE. I must get there even if I have to drive that tanker! lol

 

Perhaps you and my friend can meet up on board. She is a lot of fun.
