You may want to liik for the baord for river cruises and post there as well.I only know of some in France.

There are river cruises which mainly operate on the River Douro. They tend to leave from Oporto, in Portugal and go to somewhere like Salamanca. I have only seen cargo barges in Spain and Portugal, not ones for leisure as here in UK and France.
