UK call centre positive experience

Having read a number of negative comments about the Celebrity call centre I had prepared for a long wait for my call to be answered. I was surprised when my call was answered immediately by Kat who was most helpful whilst I upgraded my drinks package. The whole contact experience was very positive.

 

I am now ready and looking forward to joining the Eclipse on the 23 Nov 2014, after a few nights in Miami. My first cruise as an Elite guest. I am sure it will be as good as all the others we have had on this ship. I am so happy. :):)
