Jeep Rental

Has anyone rented a jeep from the cruise port or close to it? Who would you recommend and where would you go? We want to boot around and see the other side of the island and then go to, say Paradise Beach, to end our day. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!!

We did a jeep tour last April. It took all day but it was fantastic. I can't remember the company we went with, but if your interested I'll try to find it again!

We have rented a Jeep from Avis at the cruise terminal. I think it was around $120 for everything, including insurance. Don't skip the insurance as you will regret it if you damage the Jeep or something else. We drove around the entire island. The other side looks much different than the side where most of the resorts are. I would do it again.

Thank you! We are wanting to do our own thing, not a guided tour, maybe recommended, but, we just want to do 1/2 day that and the rest at a beach resort, pay as you go.

Will look into avis for sure! Feel better from a rental agency like that.
