Royal Carib - lost and found?

Anyone know how to get Royal Carib to listen/care about a Lost item?

I've phoned their Lost & Found number twice. Once I was on hold for half an hour. The other time a woman answered, I told her I had info that might help a passenger get back a lost camera. She took my phone number, rushed me off the phone before I could give her any info, and said she'd call me back.

Here's the info I wanted to give her:

Leaving the 1/31/15 Jewel of the Seas voyage on 2/7, I got into a taxi at the kiosk at San Juan port, and found a camera in a case on the back seat. I handed it to a young woman taxi dispatcher for Taxi Touristico (the only taxi company at the port) and asked her to get it to the ship. I thought it must have been lost by someone going on the 2/7 sailing, but the taxi driver said later he hadn't brought anyone to the ship, so it must have been left by someone from the 1/31 sailing whom he took to the airport earlier.

I thought this info might help the owner get their camera back from the ship or taxi company. How can I get Royal to take this info and see if it matches a report of a lost camera by a 1/31 Jewel passenger?
