Private function at Carambola

We will be in St. Kitts in January and were planning on going to Carambola Beach Club. After speaking with them they realized that there is a private function booked for the day we are in port. I looked at the Marriott, but would like some other options. Any help is appreciated. This is purports visit to St. Kitts and we're looking for a nice beach with chairs/umbrellas as wells as food, drink and clean facilities.

Sorry I don't have an answer to your questions, but instead I have a question for you: How did you get in touch with them? I have tried emailing them twice now about our trip in February and I haven't heard anything back yet. Did you just use the email from their website?
