Going to Nassau and Freeport in Aug

We are going on a 4 day cruise out of Jacksonville and our two stops are Freeport from 12p-7p and Nassau 8am-5pm.

We will have 4 people all adults.

We are looking for fun cheap stuff to do in both ports.

I would really love to hear what everyone has to say
