Besides your ship, where in the Western Caribbean is the best place to get a massage? Sunset Beach?

Has anyone gotten a massage or pedicure somewhere else at any port other than on your ship? If so, where and how much was the cost?

Can anyone locate prices for me for the spa on RCCL or at the ports of Cozumel, Labadee, Cayman Islands and Montego Bay?
