Falmouth Jamaica- Red Stripe Beach or Stay on the ship?

Thoughts? Is it really worth paying $90 (2 adults, 2 elementary-age kids) to go to Red Stripe for the day? Or should we just stay on the ship and play- and maybe check out the port (within the bubble)? We will have already been to the beaches at Cayman and Cozumel. thanks! (tough decisions here )
