El Yungue tours from cruise ship port

How much time will you be in port? If time is at a premium, book a tour through the ship. I know it's more expensive but with a ships tour, they will wait for the group should any delay occur. Not so with private operators. That said, there are still some companies you can book in advance. Being local I'm not really allowed to recommend any particular one but keep reading post here (the info HAS come up before) or keep at it with google. A third option is to just book a tour at the pier when you get off the ship. There will be more than enough operators with tours to El Yunque.
